Cara Herrin

Cara Herrin, a lifelong resident of New Orleans, has devoted her career to marketing.  Following her education at the University of New Orleans, Cara has acquired nearly thirty years of marketing experience.  Working both independently and with marketing teams, Cara has consistently devised cohesive, successful strategies for a wide array of businesses.

Cara’s proficiency in internet technology began over twenty years ago while working for a local interactive media company.  Cara quickly stood out and became a managing partner.  During her ten-year tenure, she honed her marketing skills and developed a knack for translating traditional marketing concepts into innovative web designs and full online marketing strategies for local and national businesses.  Her efficiency, consistency, and innovative concepts assisted hundreds of businesses to achieve a strong foothold online.

Possessing an inherent drive for innovative marketing methods and a fascination with new technologies inspired Cara to open PUSH, her Mandeville based web design and marketing company.  As founder of PUSH, she and her team aggressively marketed their skills and the business quickly grew surpassing initial expectations.  In 2011, PUSH was awarded the St. Tammany West Chamber of Commerce’s “Out of the Gate Running” Award.  This prestigious honor is presented by the Chamber’s Business Advisory Council to a select company that significantly contributed to the community during its first three years of operation.  PUSH has successfully fulfilled the marketing needs of such companies as EnergySmartNOLA.com, Firstline Schools, Einstein Charter Schools, the New Orleans Metro Crime Commission, The St. Tammany Chamber, and many more. As a former student of the New Orleans Public School system, she is dedicated to supporting the education sector by offering them her expertise.

Cara is associated with such highly recognized organizations as the American Women in Radio and Television, the American Marketing Association, Professional Women of St. Tammany, Tangipahoa Professional Women, and the St. Tammany Chamber of Commerce.  Online Cara keeps up with current trends via the eMarketing Association Network, Online Advertising Professionals, and Louisiana Technology Council.  When not working, Cara enjoys attending local community events and spending time with her husband and three children.
